Ryan B came to our house on a Sunday to look at our gas water heater. Considering it was a weekend he arrived quite quickly after a courtesy call to let us know when he would be arriving. He was very polite and gave us an honest appraisal of the problem including an option to get a new system fitted with an interest free payment plan. His estimate seemed very reasonable and it is definitely something we will consider if needed. It was only a few years ago that we had a problem with a previous water heater and called the local plumber who lives less than 5 minutes away who charged us what was then a fairy hefty call out fee to tell us that our heater was stuffed without barely even looking at it. He was there for less than a minute.Can't recommend these guys enough. We had never heard of them, just got lucky with a quick search on the internet. Best plumber we've ever had, pity we hadn't heard of them years ago after spending a small fortune on dodgy plumbers.

Hot water system ruptured in the middle of the night on a Friday (Typical)Called one company early Saturday morning with no response.Found S&J fridge magnet, called and was answered by Ryan B.He came around within about an hour and arranged for a new system for me. Worked in pitiful rain conditions but didn't stop smiling. Did a magnificent job and the professional finish that he left the job in was fantastic. In my opinion it has added value to my house. Will have absolutely no hesitation in calling S&J again should I need them. 11 out of ten in my opinion!
