I had Tyrell from S&J Plumbing and Gasfitting come out last week to provide a quote regarding our hot water system and lime scale build-up in the pipes. He quoted us fairly on the hot water replacement valve, and during the visit we also discussed the lime scale issues affecting our suburb in Ripley.Today (Monday), Tyrell returned to carry out the works. Originally, we were not getting very hot water, but thanks to his work the system now runs perfectly. He went above and beyond with his service—explaining everything clearly and giving helpful maintenance tips we could do ourselves. From first interaction I could not be more impressed! 10/10 goes to this company and 11/10 goes to Tyrell- initial call was accepted by a super friend and totally efficient operator- called back exactly when they said the would and appointment made- Tyrell turned up, well dressed, excellent communication on letting me know what the issue was and how he could fix it as well as to confirm everything was ship shape he would put a camera through the line to check. Quote done on the spot and he was happy to call him back to accept. No pressure- quote accepted, prompt appointment made for repair to be done- Tyrell turned up exactly when he said he would, has gone above and beyond to repair the work as he hit concrete.- Totally impressed when he said he would be back once the downpour of rain will finish to rake and make even better than what was left. Mind you he had done a very acceptable job of leaving the site, clean and tidy.Overall, I will be using this company again and recommending them.Thank you

Thank you to the team at S&J Plumbing for fixing our hot water! It stopped working over the weekend and I had to find a plumber to help us out on a Sunday. I think it was Ed who came out and was very good at explaining what they needed to do and quote first before doing the job. These guys were easy to call and they give you a timeframe, with the plumber giving you a message when they are on their way. They recommended a few solutions for fixing our system and was able to move their schedule around for our emergency problem. Hot water system was delivered first then Jack came to install the system and handle the rest. He did great even though it was only his third day there. No more cold showers! Thanks again 😊

Prompt & good service, however, not perfect. However because of a team member being sick, things fell through some cracks.We would easily use them again, without getting quotes from other plumbers.
