We’ve had S & J Plumbing onsite over the past two weeks completing extensive drainage and gas works, and the entire experience has been excellent. From Ryan’s detailed quotation and practical recommendations through to Edward and Carl’s outstanding workmanship, the process was seamless.Edward and Carl’s attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to keeping the site spotless each day were greatly appreciated. Their communication was clear and consistent, keeping us updated throughout the project.We only wish we had found S & J Plumbing at the start of our renovations, we can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had the team out to replace the penetrations on our roof required by our insurance company. Ed did the quotes and Taylor came to do the work. Both men were very respectful, polite and clear in their communications. A mistake was made that delayed the job, but Ed owned the error and worked around it, explaining the workarounds. At all times the communication from the company was excellent. I even had a query on a Sunday which the call centre answered for me. I'm just sorry I freaked Taylor out when I noticed a snake near where he was working!!! Great service and I will use them again. Thanks team, your high quality service is a rarity in my experience.

We had to replace our hot water system and I am so glad I spoke to S and J Plumbing. Edward was a breath of fresh air, explaining politely what our options were and giving us a quote on the spot with no call out fee. S & J also accommodated a prompt visit due to it being an urgent replacement and the job was completed perfectly within 24 hrs.The reason we went with S & J Plumbing was due to Edward being a great guy and it being a reasonable quote. Cheaper than another large Brisbane company who came out for a quote, sending a guy who was condescending and impolite. I did not want to give my work to someone with that manner.We were very pleased to deal with a gas professional like Edward after that experience. He left the place very clean and tidy. Was a champ. Great company to deal with. 👍Highly recommend
